Terms and Conditions of Stay
Booking one of our apartments implies the full acceptance of the conditions outlined herein, which are designed to ensure maximum transparency and protection for both parties. The reservation contract is considered finalized exclusively upon receipt of our written confirmation, which will be issued following the payment of the deposit or the total amount of the stay, depending on the selected rates and booking channels.
In the event of a cancellation by the guest, our cancellation policy provides a full refund of the amount paid, provided that the notice of cancellation is received within the specified days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Past this deadline, the deposit or the full amount paid will be non-refundable, unless different arrangements have been agreed upon in writing beforehand. Upon arrival, or during the online registration process, a security deposit may be requested to cover potential damages to the property or its furnishings, which will be fully refunded at the end of your stay following a standard inspection of the apartment by our team.
The agreed rate includes only the accommodation and the services explicitly mentioned in your booking confirmation. Under no circumstances is it permitted to host a greater number of guests than originally declared at the time of booking, and failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of the stay without any refund. Guests are held legally and financially responsible for any damage caused by negligence or improper use of the home's equipment. For any legal disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the local Court holding jurisdiction over the Aosta Valley territory will have exclusive competence.

House Rules
We warmly welcome you to our apartments and wish you an unforgettable stay. To ensure a pleasant, safe, and highly comfortable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe a few simple guidelines during your time here.
Check-in is available starting from 2.00 p.m., while on your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 11.00a.m., allowing us enough time to perfectly prepare the home for the next guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all indoor spaces to respect everyone's health and keep the environments fresh. We also ask you to respect the peace of the building and the neighbourhood by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during the quiet night hours from ten in the evening until eight in the morning.
Taking care of the property is very important to us, so we encourage you to use the appliances and furnishings mindfully and to turn off the lights and heating when you are out, helping us protect the environment. Lastly, please ensure proper waste separation by following the recycling guidelines provided in the property, and kindly note that unauthorized parties or events are not allowed.
